Three Cheese and Caramalised Onion Burger

INGREDIENTS

1 Burger Bun
40g Red Slaw – prepared
2 100g Chicken burgers
30g Cheddar, sliced
25g Mozarella , sliced
30g Brie, sliced
20g Caramalised Onion – prepared 3 g Rocket leaves

METHOD

  1. Toast the burger buns
  2. Place rocket on base of bun
  3. Add red slaw
  4. Add first chicken burger
  5. Add cheddar and Mozarella
  6. Add second burger
  7. Add Brie and place in oven to melt the cheeses
  8. Top with caramalised onions
  9. Serve with chips or wedges
