Crumbed Lemon and Black Pepper Schnitzel Slithers

INGREDIENTS

150g Lemon and Black Pepper Schnitzel
Lemon slice

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Place the Schnitzel on a greased tray and cook for 12-15 minutes – until fully cooked
  3. As the schnitzel comes out the oven, squeeze fresh lemon over the schnitzel
  4. Slice the Scnitzel neatly into slices

To Plate:

Place the sliced Schnitzel on the plate and serve with saute new potatoes and ribbon vegetables
