CHICKEN NUGGET NACHOS

Chicken Nugget Nachos

INGREDIENTS

75g Natchos
100g Grated cheddar
Jalapenos, sliced (optional)
6-8 Chicken nuggets

METHOD

  1. Deep fry the nuggets as per pack instructions
  2. On a plate, arrange the natchos neatly
  3. Add half the cheddar, then the nuggets on top of the natchos
  4. Top with the balance of the cheddar
  5. Place in a hot oven of 180°C and allow the cheese to melt (5 – 8 minutes)

To Serve:

Serve hot, accompanied by a chilli jam, guacamole or sour creme
Garnish with fresh coriander
