CHICKEN, BACON AND AVOCADO BURGER

Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Burger

INGREDIENTS

1 Burger buns
1 Lettuce leaf
3 Slices of Streaky baked, cooked
1/4 Avocado, sliced
100 g Chicken Burger
3 Onion rings, deep fried

METHOD

  1. Toast the burger buns
  2. Place lettuce on base of bun
  3. Add the streaky bacon
  4. Add the sliced avacado
  5. Add the Chicken burger
  6. Top with Onion rings

Serve with sweet chilli sauce and Sweet Potato chips
