BBQ TENDERSTRIPS

WITH MARINATED OLIVES, FETA AND SUNDRIED TOMATO PITA’S SERVED WITH TZATZIKI

BBQ Tenderstrips

INGREDIENTS

6 Mini Pita Pockets, sliced open
6 Chicken Tender Strips
100ml BBQ Sauce
Rocket for garnish
Marinated olives, feta and sundried tomatoes as needed

METHOD

  1. Deep fry the tender strips for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked
  2. Slice each tender strip into 3 slices
  3. Dip each slice into the warm bbq sauce to coat each slice
  4. Slice open each pita pocket
  5. Add a little rocket
  6. Add marinated olives, feta and sundried tomatoes into the pita
  7. Add 3 x strips of bbq tender strip to the pita
  8. Serve with homemade tsatsiki
